Full demolition and renovation of the Green Room at the Ed Sullivan Theater. Scope of work consisted of:

• New bathroom complete with shower, new plumbing services and finishes
• New finishes complete with new window treatment and furniture
• Implementation of new electrical and mechanical systems
• High gloss lacquer millwork
• New wood panel walls and ceilings
