Investment Banking Firm - Florham Park, NJ

This project was comprised of two components. The first being the full demolition and renovation of 15,000 square feet of executive office space, inclusive of high end reception area, conference rooms and data center. The second component was a “re-fresh” of 30,000 square feet of existing office space. The scope of work included new carpet, wall covering, ceilings, light fixtures, paint and refinishing of millwork. This refresh was competed in eight phases at night and on weekends. All work was performed in and around occupied areas.
